Our core team at the Bremen headquarters consists of three engineers and one business specialist. Another colleague supports us part-time from the home office. In addition, the experts for all issues in the waste disposal and recycling area of the Nehlsen Group are available to us at all times. Managing Director
Claudia is our long-standing managing director and has held management positions at Nehlsen for over 25 years. During this time, she has managed and successfully completed projects in the recycling industry in over 20 countries, especially in emerging and developing countries.

Leon Jäger
Environmental Engineer
As our environmental engineer Leon is responsible for finding the most suitable waste management and recycling solutions to meet the specific needs of our local partners. He brought his great passion for this job back from some long-term stays for work and study in Malawi and South Africa as well as extensive travel to many other countries on the African continent. Leon enjoys riding his bike to work.
Fatimé Diallo
Mechanical Engineer
Fatimé is a mechanical engineer specializing in renewable energy systems and gas technology for waste-to-energy. Fatimé does voluntary work for the grassroots organization EuroGuinée e.V., which is specifically involved in sustainable waste solutions in Guinea. For relaxation, music, food and sports are Fatimé’s favorites.
Anni Bulcke
Project Assistent
Anni has been with the Nehlsen Group for almost 25 years. Of these, she has spent over 15 years in the international business, taking on various tasks. A move to strategic purchasing has not diminished her passion for international business. She currently supports her team colleagues on a part-time basis.

Carlos is the Managing Director at Nehlsen Ambiente Angola and our partner in Angola. Together, we have already implemented successful projects. We are currently setting up our EcoPontes recycling solution on site with Nehlsen Ambiente Angola.
